What’s actually covered by the included support hours?
Server-level operations only — patching, security updates, SSL renewals, performance monitoring, backup verification, DNS and email server troubleshooting, cPanel/WHM administration, and uptime incident response. If you don’t have a specific request in a given month, your hours go toward routine health checks and preventive maintenance on your setup. Application-level work (WordPress changes, plugin troubleshooting, content edits, custom development, design) is quoted separately under Services.
Do unused hours roll over to the next month?
No. Hours are use-it-or-lose-it within the calendar month, but they don’t go to waste — anything you don’t request is automatically applied to operational upkeep on your server: patching, audits, log review, backup verification, and routine performance tuning. You always get the value.
